1. Schools

The Island does have two paragliding schools. One is school is located in Puerto Naos at the west coast. The teacher, Javier Lopez, is spanish. Unfortunately, he speaks no english. "Javi", his nick name, is having a biplace service for tourists and is flying mainly in Puerto Naos. He is renting the take off spot at the cliff in Puerto Naos, serves as the president of the local club as well as the contact person for politicians.

Beside me, you can also meet Mike in Puerto Naos. Mike is german and already 20 years on the island. You can count on his expertise. He is "Mr. Weather" on the Island.

Schools should contact Javier before flying. Other Pilots are requested to fill their name in a pilot book. There is a small fee of €10.-- per week to use the take off and landing in Puerto Naos. You can pay this fee to Javier, Mike or to me.

2. Meeting Point

Also in Puerto Naos, Pilots are meeting in the Restaurant Playa Morena directly located beside the landing spot. There you can meet pilots, have a look on the latest weather charts and grap some more informations from the local pilots.
